Fatblog: 15st 5lbs
So it’s been a long time since I properly fatblogged. I’ve moved house, had a manic three months at work, tried (and at the minute it’s looking like failed) to write a novel in the month of August, had a weekend away in Brighton, had a throat bug and generally been up against things that aren’t conducive to the losing of weight.
And so old habits have crept in a bit. I’ve drank slightly more than I would normally do (which is not at all) I’ve picked up chocolate on the way home (Co-Op will you PLEASE take Terry’s Chocolate Oranges off special offer please?) and generally edged toward badness and rich food. Also, I think the scales in my new house weight a bit heavier than the ones in my new house. All this in mind, I haven’t actually put any weight on! My last Fatblog was 15st 7lbs and I have stuck at that weight for three months. Only in the last few weeks have I been able to knuckle back down to things and shed my first two pounds for quite a long while. I wanted to have dipped under the fifteen stone mark by the time I went down to see my friends Chris & Simon in Brighton and that goal I missed which was a bit painful, but you can’t win all the time.
My next milestone is to be sub-fifteen stone by the time my birthday rolls round in mid-November, which I believe is easily achievable.
